A website maintenance plan ensures that your website is always up-to-date and finely tuned to your needs.
Not having a maintenance plan for your existing website will often result in a cluttered website filled with bugs, missed updates, out-of-date content, broken links and invalid SEO.
Anything you care about needs maintenance, therefore if you care about your website make sure that its maintenance is entrusted to capable hands.
**If your site uses any Premium plugins and/or themes, make sure that you acquire and provide us with their valid licenses. Not having valid licenses could generate additional costs.
Your time is precious and should be spent interacting with your customers and growing your business, not logging in and updating your website.
We take care of all your content changes for you so all you need to do is email the content changes (text or photos) and we’ll get them done for you, usually within the next business day.
Each month we perform our maintenance service checklist to keep your website secure and running smoothly. This includes software updates, security scans, and website performance optimisation. All of this is detailed within a monthly email report.
Content Updates include content that you have ready, such as text or photos, and does not include creating new pages, images or designs for you.
You simply send us an email with clear instructions on the content you want to updates on your website and we get straight to work and let you know when it’s done – usually within the same business day.
Our response time for content changes is usually about 6 hours and we ask that you request one change at a time per email.
The whole purpose of our client plans is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.
We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately.
However, many times we will evaluate requests that exceed your plan on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for a time exceeded at the support rate listed on your plan.
When quoting work we regularly quote fixed-rates so our clients can budget effectively.
However, in some cases, we use hourly billing where tasks are small or the scope is not fully known to give our clients more flexibility to make adjustments and changes as they go.
Our standard hourly rate is €60/hr.
For clients on one of our plans, our rate is €50/hr.
Note that this requires a minimum hourly purchase of 5 hours (don’t worry, you have 12 months to use any unused time!).
You sure can. Although we prefer to use our recommended providers, we’ll review your web hosting and talk to your hosting company to make sure it will fit your needs.
If you prefer to move your website to our Premium Web Hosting, we offer migration for a one-off fee of €228
Your Debit/Credit Card will be charged automatically at the start of each month (or yearly to get 15% discount).
Once payment is complete we send you a invoice directly to your email.
Automatic billing via Debit/Credit Card keeps our admin overheads low and allows us to offer you the best price on our services.
